FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: I would love for characters to have heard of him; he makes portals and can travel to other worlds, so I headcanon he's been all over the place. I also don't mind if characters know of him through the video games if the idea is that the games were made based on real events and people. But as far as saying he's fictional, no.

IC CHARACTERISTICS
CURRENT CANON POINT: Post-KH2
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Six feet seven inches, very well-built and muscular, with beautiful knee-length silver hair always perfectly groomed, blue-green eyes (some sources say his eyes are blue in KH, but they look green to me and they're always green on the merch), and insanely long eyelashes like his counterpart (Sephiroth, why. Lol). He has three sapphire-blue wings, one large one on his right shoulder and two thinner ones on his lower back. Also like his counterpart, he never closes his coat.
DEMEANOR: Calm, cool, and collected. Polite and congenial in general, but doesn't take nonsense, can be intimidating, and isn't shy about being sarcastic if he has a comment to make. If your name is Cloud, he loves to tease and troll you. If he sees someone else is good for it, he'll troll them too.
ABILITIES: Flight, teleportation (limited to line of sight on Agra-10), energy beam spheres (max range 10 feet on Agra-10), mini meteor showers (only about five feet around him on Agra-10, with smaller meteors), Heartless Angel (a highly draining attack, causing deep fatigue on Agra-10)
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Healthy and will register as a normal human despite his powers. This Sephiroth has not been infused with Jenova cells and won't know what the heck a Jenova even is.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Sephiroth is pretty chill with everything. Except maybe someone gleefully talking about falling to the darkness and exploiting those powers. It's far too painful a subject for him.
OTHER: The two lower wings are coming from his lower back, above his hips but not on his hips. (Think Dissidia NT Safer Sephiroth, who has his legs.) Please no jokes about the wings' location. That used to happen years ago in the fandom, at least, before we had Dissidia NT Seph to show what is likely the truth about the KH one's wing placement. The two lower wings are most likely a Safer reference.
IC PERMISSIONS
MENTAL: They can read his mind, but he's far too strong mentally and emotionally to be coerced (except by the Agrii, of course)
MIMICRY: He would probably scoff and sneer at it and mock the attempt. I doubt anyone could do it that well, especially if they try to fight. The jig would be up immediately. The only one who could successfully mimic him, most likely, is ... another Sephiroth. And even at that, FF and KH Sephs are different in some key personality aspects and I feel like FF Seph would think it beneath him to imitate his counterpart anyway.
VIOLENCE: Cue up countless videos of people who tried taking on KH Seph and were defeated within several seconds.
MAGIC: Magic attacks don't seem to work on him, going by the fights in KH. But one could likely limit his usage of Fire attacks by using Water or Ice. (Then he'll probably use Heartless Angel on you instead. Oh, lucky you.)
DEBATE: He's willing.
OTHER / NOTES: He's not terribly physically affectionate and would be shocked if anyone tried to hug him. He would also very likely be good at singing, but good luck actually trying to get him to the karaoke machine. (Make it a challenge and he might do it for giggles just to prove he can.)
